Where Have I been?

11/19/2018

Well I didn't fall off the earth... I had to go back to a secular job... Working a lot of hours... Paul said Christians should support Christians... We don't do that these days... Have you noticed that most of the Christian book stores are gone? Have you noticed the amount of churches closing their doors? Ministries like ours take money to keep a float. And if the support runs out... the ministry really suffers. Ministers have a hard enough time dealing with the devils attacks. We ave had sugar put into our motorcycles gas tank, (Still sitting in the garage because I don't have the funds to fix it.) The gentleman who was paying me to run his store quit paying me one day. Ran that store without a paycheck for almost a year just to try to continue to be a light house on main street. We suffered in another small town after that. Was told we were fools for believing in Christ and in the word of God. They ran us out of town...
Why do I tell you this... One people have been asking where I have been, but most importantly, you need to know what is happening. This country is changing... God is no longer welcome... Don't like to hear that! Then perhaps it is time you get going on in the world... In your back yard so to speak... Then you need to get involved... Start by being obedient to God and giving at the very least 10% of your income back to Him! Second, shop or support, when you can among Christian people. Third, If you have the means, If God has really blessed you, find a ministry that is out there sharing the gospel and support them any way you can...
Enough of my ranting... God Bless

How to Simply Share the Gospel

9/26/2017

How to simply share the gospel…

There are many ways to share the gospel… We have included four here we use all the time…

With a Gospel tract…
Gospel Tracts are an easy way to share the Gospel. You just find a good one and hand them out.
Be sure to have contact information on the back. Your church or a ministry group is fine. But if you
connect with a person and feel comfortable doing so, your personal information is best. Your name,
Email address, and again if comfortable even your phone number. Invite them to join you at church
      next Sunday if you can.

With a penny…
Did you know you can share the gospel with objects?  Here’s how to do it with a penny…
What does it say across the top front of that penny? (In God We Trust) That’s a statement of faith.
The statement of faith this country was founded on. Without trust in God we are destined for Hell!

What is the word behind Mr. Lincoln’s head? (Liberty) Liberty is freedom.
Through the Blood of Jesus Christ we can have liberty from our sins.

Did you notice that the penny only has one date? It’s not saved… For if it would have been born again it would have two dates.
Born once and you die two deaths, physical and spiritual…But if you are born twice, physical and again in Jesus you only die once
and then spend eternity in Heaven.

Turn the penny over. Near the top it says “E. Pluribus Unum”. Do you know what that means? It’s Latin for “One of Many”.
Matthew 24 tells us many will come claiming they are the way. But if you look towards the bottom of that penny, what does it say?
“One Cent” Just “One” was sent from the “God We Trust” to give us “Liberty” from our sins through His son Jesus Christ.
Allowing   us a “Second birth” and eternity in Heaven.

You keep this penny. Accept it as a free gift just like salvation is from our Lord. In order for a gift to do you any good, you must
receive it. So put this penny in your pocket and anytime you see a penny remember the gift Jesus gave for us…

With the power bands…
Power bands are inexpensive arm bracelets we make with a string or piece of leather lace and some
small colored beads… String the beads in the following order. Black, Red, White, Gold, Green…
The verses and story to each bead…  (This is just a guideline. Feel free to change it to share your testimony.)

The Black bead… Romans 3:23 says… Everyone has sin in their lives and falls short of the Glory of God.
Romans 6:23 The wages of sin is death. But! God offers the gift of eternal life in Jesus Christ.

The Red bead… Romans 5:8 Even though we are shameful sinners, God loves us so much that He sent His son
Jesus to suffer, shed His blood, and ultimately die on the cross for our sins.
Ephesians 1:7 tells us that in Jesus Christ we have redemption, through His blood we have forgiveness of our sins.

The White bead… Isaiah 1:18 Tells us that through the Blood of Jesus our sins are washed white as snow.

The Gold bead… John 14:2 Shares the promise of a place for us in heaven. (Streets of Gold)

The Green bead… 2 Peter 1:18 Grow in the Grace and Knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. (Study the bible)

With your Bible
Pick the method you prefer to share the gospel… Some like the “Romans Road” some like to share
from John. You could use the verses from the power band. It doesn’t matter which method you choose.
Start by looking up your first verse in the bible you plan to use to witness with. Small and portable maybe a
good consideration so you can have it with you, but try to find something with a fairly good sized font. Remember
you are sharing. I like inexpensive new testaments that I can give them to keep when we are done.
When you have looked up the first verse highlight it… Then, look at the page number and write that in the front
of the bible. It’s just a quick reference in a corner somewhere out of the way. Now hold that first verse page and
look up the second verse. Again highlight it and then write the page number of the second verse on the page where
the first verse is.  You got the idea, quick reference page numbers and easy to find verses. One other note… Some
people suggest writing the page numbers upside down at the top of the page and handing the bible to the person you are sharing with and let them look up the verses as you read off the page numbers.

Find whatever seems to work best for you… Share God’s blessing and His Word… Hope this helps…

Eleven Commandments?

6/28/2017

Some of you follow me on face-book at dulcimerjim, so you know over the last couple of weeks I posted the 10 commandments. But do you ever give any thought to the eleventh? Why is the commandment that Jesus gave us in Matt 22 and John 13 always excluded from the ten? Did Jesus not make it clear enough that it was important? In Matthew 22:39 does He not say it is as equally important as the first? Why then has man excluded it?
"LOVE ONE ANOTHER AS I (Your God) HAVE LOVED YOU."
Maybe that's the problem? We have excluded it...
Monuments, courthouse walls, little reminder cards always seem to only have the ten... There are eleven... And the last one according to Jesus is as important as the first... Think about that...   Love one another...

Sharing the gospel of our Lord...

5/26/2017

I was recently told by a dear friend that in order to make money I needed to back off the christian angle and pursue my more secular art... Hmm... Interesting thought but I don't think so... Besides it's not an angle but rather who I am...
Yes I would like to have an income, but sharing the plan of salvation with people is very important to me. I believe that without Christ in your life you are destine for a horrible afterlife. So I can't help giving away more than I sell. I would rather pass on a testimony stick to someone who will share the gospel with it then sell one to somebody who is going to just stick it in a corner somewhere just for decoration. As for the roosters, they are an excellent way to share Mark 13:35: "Be ready! For we do not know the hour our Lord Jesus will return, whether it be noon, evening, midnight, or when the rooster awakes and crows!"
Want to help spread the word... Donations are always welcome... Not just money but we could use someone to help with the accounting, business, supplies, all sorts of needs... Help us put dulcimers into the hands of talented people that will share praise and worship music. Help us put testimony sticks into the hands of faithful who will share the gospel. Help us fund travel and supplies so we can go and teach just as the word of God commands...
Thank you for your prayers, Thank you for your support...  As always you can contact Jim at dulcimerjim@yahoo.com

The Testimony Stick

I  would like to share with you the story of the testimony stick. The testimony stick is a sort of story stick with a Native American heritage. The Native Americans often used a stick that was passed around the campfire to take turns telling a story about a hunt or to share their thoughts or opinion on something. Years ago I created a stick to use at youth camps to do a similar task but also to use as a way to share the gospel. It became known as the testimony stick. So a couple of years ago I got the idea to put this to use on a walking stick. Recently I even made a cane with the same idea in mind. So I thought I would share it with you.
Picture
The Testimony Stick       by Dulcimer Jim
The top of the stick has an Eagle carved on it. It’s not necessary, the stick we used in the camps didn’t have an Eagle, but it makes a nice handle and I like to start off with Isaiah 40:31.
Isaiah 40:31, Those who put there hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar as on the wings of eagles, they shall not grow weary. We think of the eagle as a symbol of freedom. This eagle on the top of my staff reminds me of the true freedom I have because of my trust in the Lord.
Below the eagle you will find a carved black bead. The black bead represents my sin. The word of God says in Romans 3:23 That everyone of us have sinned and fall-in short of the Glory of God. Romans 6:23 says that the wages of that sin is the shedding of blood and death.
But! The gift of God is eternal life in Jesus Christ. Because it tells us in Romans 5:8 that even though we were shameful sinners, God loved us so much that He sent His son Jesus to suffer, shed His blood, and ultimately die on the cross, in our place, for our sins.
The red bead is the reminder of the cost that Jesus paid. Ephesians 1:7 tells us that in Jesus Christ we have redemption, through His blood we have the forgiveness of our sins.
Picture
Picture
The cross, is a reminder of where that debt we owed was paid. And because of the sacrifice, the pain, the humiliation, Jesus suffered in our place, our sin according to Isaiah 1:18 is washed white as snow.
That is what the white bead represents.
Below the red bead there are what appears to some folks odd markings. But if you look real close you can make out letters that spell Jesus. Jesus is not hard to find. The bible tells us in Revelations 3:20 that Jesus stands at the door and knocks. You need only to open your heart and let Him in.

Picture
Picture
Gods will forgive us, if we will accept His gift and change our ways. We need to do our very best to seek to know more about Him, and follow Him. His promise to us is eternity in Heaven and peace.

Just a simple tool I use to share the gospel. It’s a stick of wood, just like that tree Jesus was nailed to. It holds no power and neither did the cross. It is just a reminder of who really holds the power and what God is willing to do for us. Seek a relationship with God. Read His word, pray to Him, find a good church where you can learn His ways. Contact us if we can help. Want a testimony stick or help with the cost of making them? Let us know. Do you have one of our testimony sticks and have stories to share about it? We would love to hear from you.  You can reach us at;   dulcimerjim@yahoo.com

Argue or Not… That is the question?

1/12/2017

Recently I got into a heated discussion with someone. First let me say it was sort of through text messages and an argument or discussion this way is not the best way… Words when expressed have emotion attached to them. In any environment where you are not “face to face” and cannot experience those emotions, a great deal is lost and can be misconceived or misconstrued in the message.
Keeping in mind my recent post, “Be careful What You Say”, sometimes it’s better just to keep your mouth shut. Wrong or right, this time I felt compelled to say something. Let me give you the short version of the heated discussion. This is not the point of this writing, but I hope it serves as a good example as to when you should say something. The comment made was made in two different post and was regarding the choice of the 2016 presidential candidates. Let me say that we were both in agreement that in our humble opinions there are no real good choices as candidates. Where the disagreement came in was whether or not a Christian should choose one or just wait for divine intervention. To put it his way, “Choose the lesser of evils or just sit on your hands and expect God to choose”. He was the sit on your hands guy…
So the point here again is, when do you shut up and when do you speak up. A lot of times you may notice I post something and then a few hours or days later I take it down. That’s because I ask the question “shut up or speak up?” a lot. Sometimes saying it (Putting it out there.) and then leaving it alone (Taking it down.) is best. Sometimes you need to drive the point home and then back off. Most times when you need to drive the point home, beware, satan will do his best to wreck your train. Saying nothing is always a choice but it can come with consequences. If you say nothing you have no right to complain or expect anything different other than whatever choice those who did choose made. So let me give a fictitious example. Lets say the choice is between someone who claims to be a Christian, is a known liar, who is pro abortion pro adultery, pro limiting the churches rights, and on the other hand… Someone who is doubtful a Christian, speaks all to often before thinking, has questionable undecided polices, but! Believes abortion is wrong, supports the church, and believes the bible should again be the rulebook in this country. Neither choice is perfect right. But does one sound a little bit better than the other?
The bible says over and over again that the world is satan’s play ground. God for the most part gives us freewill and doesn’t meddle. So if we as a Christian group sit on our hands and say nothing the world freely without objection gets its way. That’s how come Christians are not allowed to pray in schools anymore. (By the way… Muslims in many schools are allowed time from class to meet and pray, in the same schools Christian children are given detention or days of expulsion for the same thing.) That is why the pledge of allegiance is no longer taught to our children. (It mentions God.) It’s why the killing of millions of unborn babies is allowed instead of teaching abstinence or safe sex. It’s why the Ten Commandments are being removed from our public buildings. It’s why at Christmas you don’t see mangers anymore. Christian home schoolers are being targeted right now. So begs the question… Do I speak up or give our rights away… What did Jesus do?
For the most part Jesus never got angry, disgusted I’m sure, but not angry. With the exception of one time, when the people were defiling the house of God… He got upset spoke out and put a stop to it. Yes I know it was most likely a temporary stop. If the Christians of the time followed in His footsteps it may have been a more permanent stop, who knows… The point is don’t just sit on your hands and wait. Pray about a discussion, become informed, make the best choice you can, but at least make a choice.
What about the disciples? Most of them where put to death for speaking out and teaching Christianity. Follow them or keep your mouth shut? Did they wait for God to do a miracle or for some divine intervention? No, they spoke up… If you wish to listen to people who say, “God can intervene here.” Good! But if you wish to listen to satan who says, “Wait on God, do nothing, He’ll handle it in His own time.” Your only fool, fooling yourself. Satan is correct, God will handle it in His own time. That time though won’t be until the end when God puts satan in his place. In the mean time I have freewill to choose how I will live and God will hold me accountable for it. I vote to choose the lesser of the two evils and pray for God to guide and lead their hand.
Just thought of this example; Your going into surgery… It’s pretty serious… You have the choice between a brand new surgeon (You will be his first.) or one with years of experience. You pray that God will guide the hands of the surgeon but still… Do you want the choice of an experienced doctor or just trust fate and go with whatever… You say trust God He will take care of you and yet, are we not supposed to be prayerful and wise in our discussions? Ok here is an extreme example; Would you allow your children to play in the middle of the highway with their toy cars trusting that God in his divine wisdom would protect them or would you make a choice here?
Choose wisely this day who you will serve. (Serve means you are going to do something.)
Choose wisely how you serve. Take your examples from the word or God, not some preacher or mere mans opinion. Choose God’s advice. Remember, people who pick and choose verses from the Bible to sway you their way rather than give you examples from the life of Christ or His disciples may be misleading you. Get out the manual and search it for yourself. Satan is a master of the words of the bible, he can string together a web that will amaze and mystify you. But it will also trap and entangle you in ways you want no part of.

Long story short… If the subject regards someone’s safety, quality of life, or could be a life and death situation, I say consider approaching the issue with love and grace. Expect anger and hate to be thrown your way, people don’t like to be told they are wrong. Forgive and move on… In this case I really felt it was a quality of life issue that could reflect on my children and grandchildren in the future. I want them to have the right to freely worship as we do. I’m not willing to just sit on my hands and let satan just take that away from me.

Finally in closing I wish to share with you what Timothy had to say on the subject…
2 Timothy 2:23-26
23- Again, I Say, Don’t get involved in foolish, ignorant arguments that only start fights.
24- A servant of the Lord must not quarrel but must be kind to everyone, (Last part of 24 and first part of 25 is very important. You must be willing and,) be able to teach, and be patient with difficult people, 25- Gently instruct those who oppose the truth. Perhaps God will change those people’s hearts, and they will learn the truth. 26- Then they will come to their senses and escape from the devils trap. For they been held captive by him to do whatever he (satan) wants.

Life would be so much easier if folks would just read the manual.
Just trying to do right, In His service dulcimer jim…

Love One Another

1/10/2017

So if you know me, you know my life has been about sharing the Gospel. I have been involved in many different ministries over the years. My desire has always been to serve God. Do His will. So that raises two questions… One – What is Gods will for our lives, and two how are to carry it out in our selfish, conceded, prejudice, sinful human ways and minds.
Lets start with the first on because it’s easy… What is Gods will for our lives… First that we seek a relationship with Him with all our Heart. I guess that’s not really first but rather the whole of it in a nutshell so to speak. What it involves though is so much more. God want expects us to learn His ways. Read His word. Learn the ten commands and keep them. (Yes I know He added an eleventh one, we’ll get to it in a moment.) Trust in Him. Share the peace we have found in Him. And! (That eleventh commandment…) LOVE ONE ANOTHER AS HE LOVES US. (That last one can be the hardest.)
Second, how do we do His will. We are all sinners. [Romans 3:23] Accepting Christ into your heart, seeking to do all the things in the previous paragraph is not easy. When we choose to follow Jesus things tend to get tougher not easier. Why, because we have to fight that sinful nature inside us everyday. And we are going to fall flat on our face, but we have to just get up, dust ourselves off, pause – reflect – and learn from the mistake, make a whole heart APOLOGY to God and then move on… (A whole heart apology means you will do your best not to do it again.)
Can we change? Yes… We are born sinners but it seems that sometimes we get worse as we grow older. We are influenced by our family, friends and the world around us, and not always for the best. In my life there have been many ups and downs… I have internal scars from the many times I have fallen on my face. (So to speak.) Yet we need to take that step back and then move forward again and become a better person.
We need that innocence of a child. We need to desire to serve one another and we need to learn to forgive. Do things for your neighbors without expecting anything in return. Forgive those who sin against you. Hey, remember God forgives our foolish and sinful acts, all of them! Love one another as He loves us.
I wish to close with two stories God has shown me these last couple of weeks…

First a story from the life of an adult though a child does this with greater ease I sure. I’ll give you no name because I’m sure there have been many of similar situations where forgiveness was given.  In this story there was a school campus shooting. It was sometime ago. But I recently seen an interview with one of the women that was shot and survived. The interviewer asked the lady if she was ever able to forgive the shooter. And without hesitation she smiled and said. “Yes, without question, he was just a confused, lost, mixed up young man. God forgives me and I have sinned against Him time and time again. Yes I forgave him.” I should add that this forgiving lady was pregnant and lost her child that day. That’s not all… She also lost the love of her life the father of that child who laid dying right next to her. Yet She forgave and gave it over to God. What a burden that was lifted off her shoulders. Can you imagine living 50, 60, or maybe even more years with that anger in your heart. She gave it to God and he took on the burden and gave her peace.

The second story is a little lighter… My wife and I were recently at theme park and as we came out of a theater a young girl approached us. I believe her mom told me she was 7.  She offered us a map of the park so we wouldn’t get lost. We sat on a near by bench and I watch in amazement as this little girl worked to serve the park guest just like her mother. Her mother was working a nearby craft booth. You might just say the little girl was board and just picked up a few maps and passed them out. But that was not the case. I spoke to her mother and she said her daughter had a servant’s heart. I watched as the little girl made a sign so people would know what she had. She even made another sign with the word free on it so people would know she didn’t expect anything for her services, she just wanted to help people. Kudos Lily, I wish more adults were as grown up and giving as you.

Love one another, forgive one another, and seek the ways of God. It will make this a much better world.
You know what I always say. Life would be so much easier if folks would just read the instruction manual.

God blessings to you… Dulcimer Jim

I Dreamed I Died and Woke Up In Heaven…  But Wound Up in Hell…

1/6/2017

The story you are about to read was from a reoccurring dream I had. However be warned much of it is based on facts. There is a Heaven and Hell. Your choice of destination is up to you. The Bible warns of the torments of hell and permanency of our final destination.

I died… All of a sudden… I don’t even know what happened… I was driving down the road and this out of control car swerved, and then I was here. Where is here? It’s like a tunnel and I see a light up ahead. Someone is coming. It’s very peaceful. This person, I can’t see very well, they have taken my arm and I feel a strange comfort.  It’s like deep inside me I know I’m okay. We walk together quietly down the tunnel.

                                                                           Heaven
Wow! It is so beautiful! My guide leads me to a line of people waiting and then leaves. The words in my head are running a mile a minute and yet I seem to have no desire to speak. Oddly I seem to already have the answers to my questions. Where am I? Heaven! Why? I died… How’d I get here? An Angel walked with me and led me here… Why am I in this line? Judgement… Wait… What? The Bible says everyone must die and then face judgement… As I look around it is so beautiful I am just in awe of it all. But at the same time that word judgement is pounding in the back of my head. I totally understand why, but I don’t know why I understand why? I was a good person. I gave to charities. I loved and obeyed my parents, for the most part. I even went to church. I sang in the choir. I read the bible or at least most of it. I was a good person. I should be fine… And yet right now I feel so guilty. I want to run but my heart says there is no where to run to. I must face the judgement. The line in front of me is getting shorter, fast. My turn is coming up. As I get closer I can see the magnificent Pearly Gates. I now have a fairly good view into Heaven just past the gates. People are greeting and hugging the newcomers. It’s so beautiful. There is someone up ahead at a raised desk with a big book, I’m still too far away I can’t hear what he is saying. To my left there is a small group of what appears to be elevators. It seems that most of the people from the line are being lead to the elevators. They seem to go willingly. I question as to where they lead… but I know. Why do I know? Why do they not run and try to escape? But again no more than I think the question, I know the answer.

                                                                          Judgement
As I approach the desk I hear the gentleman at the desk more clearly now. He just asks for your name, then he thumbs through the big book. Everyone is then separated into one of two lines, a very short line and a long one. Ahead there is a huge door. They seem to only take a couple of people at a time and they appear to alternate lines when there is anyone in the short one.
I’m next. I already know which line I’m going to, the longer line… I’m asked my name. He points. It’s not long before I enter into a huge courtroom. No jury box, but a raised bench with a judge of sorts. He does’t seem to make any decisions, just directs the proceedings. There is a guy in the box next to the judge. He appears to be the one on trial? The 11 commands are carved into the wall. Eleven? Oh yeah Christ added one during His time here on earth. There are two tables across from accused.  One sits next to the hugest library I have ever seen the other just has…  Oh my goodness! That’s Him! That’s Jesus at the defender table!
Bang! Bang! Bang! The judge or what ever you call him pounds on the desk and calls the court to order. He asks the prosecutor if he is ready to proceed. Before him lies a rather large book. He answers yes and proceeds to open the book. The judge asks that the charges be read. He begins to read every sin that this man has committed since reaching an age of accountability. It seems to go on forever. I don’t think they missed a thing. When done the prosecutor slams the book shut. The Judge looks at the accused and asks “Do you have anything to say as to why you chose to live you’re life in such a way”? “Why did you choose the way of the world over God”? The man was crying, harder than I had every seen anyone ever cry before. The judge looked at Jesus. Jesus was crying as well. He shook His head. “This man had several offers to come to me for salvation but instead he choose to live, as the world would have him do, not as I ask him to do. He must pay for his sins, I do not know him”. The man stood up and walked out the door.
Next case, was called for. A new book was brought to the prosecutor’s desk. Again we hear the Bang! Bang! Bang! As the court is called to order. Again he asks the prosecutor if he is ready to proceed. The prosecutor opens the new large book and the reading of the charges begin. Once again every sin this man committed is laid out before him as he is judged. Again it seems to go on forever. The book is slammed shut. The Judge looks at the accused and asks do you have anything to say? The man was in tears. Then Jesus stood up. All was quite… Jesus spoke; I know this man. He changed his heart and invited me into his life. It was after that this man truly loved his fellow man as himself. He could no longer participate in the sinful ways of the world. No he wasn’t perfect he still sinned but he was remorseful of his mistakes and worked hard to change. He loved his fellow man. He preached My truth, and for his faith, his sins are paid in full. Everyone in the room was filled with joy and the man was led off with a group of angles.
Soon it became my turn. I sat in the box. I watched as they brought out the book. I knew in my heart, I never truly gave my life over to Christ. I was just one of many that played the religion game. I sat there knowing the outcome before we ever began. The court was called to order… The book was read… I was lost in my distraught and I never heard a word of it… Then suddenly I came to my senses when I heard Jesus say, “ this man prayed the sinners prayer several times, but when I tried to open the door of his heart, he would never let me in”. “I’m sorry I do not know this man”.
No… No… What have I done… Thoughts raced through my mind, I just need another chance… Please don’t let it be too late. It seemed very quite as I walked to the door, all alone, a condemned man. Even though I had never been there before I knew exactly what to do and where to go. I proceeded to the elevators. The door opened. I entered and turned myself around to face back towards the doors. All hope was gone. It was done. I was done.

                                                                     Hell
The ride seemed to last forever. That feeling of impending doom lingered over me. I feel it getting warmer. Then the doors suddenly opened. Oh, it smelled so bad. My leg was grabbed by some huge creature who yanked me out of the elevator before I even knew what happened. My head hit the ground knocking me somewhat woozy. My back was being scraped across a rough ground. Then this creature stopped and in one swoop slung me onto a table.
There was another of these creatures there with what appeared to be a clipboard. The creature which had brought me here rattled off a number and the one with the clipboard wrote something down.  My head was still rattled and I was not sure of much of anything. Then the clipboard guy addressed me. “I’m Groog” or something like that. He smelled but his breath was ten times worst. He continued, “We don’t allow any walking down here”. And with that the other creature grabbed my leg again and proceeded to snap it just above the ankle. All of a sudden everything became real clear. The pain was horrifying. I screamed out in unbelievable pain. I was left on the table to compose myself somewhat. You know how it is when you get hurt. At first it really really hurts, then you seem to adapt to the pain somewhat. Oh it still hurts but after a bit, it’s different. I was to that point, it hurt but I wasn’t still screaming. As I lay there on that hot table I could hear others moaning and screaming around me. I was terrified. Then my creature friend returned. He looked at me. Said nothing, just grabbed my other leg and in a blink of an eye had it snapped it two as well. I never felt pain like that before and this was only the beginning, what else were they going to do to me.
I don’t know how long I laid there. Eventually the creatures returned and one grabbed my arm and yanked me off the table. As my legs swung off they hit the floor and again the pain seared through my broken body. My mind was reeling as I was again being dragged. My thoughts were unclear, as the pain was so intense. I though my arm was going to come off as I was dragged across the rough ground. Finally we stopped and I was slung like a rag doll into a small cubical. Again the leg pain seared throughout my body. The creature yelled “Stay put” and left. I don’t know that I passed out but at some point I was much more conscious of my surroundings and realized that my clothing was smoldering from the intense heat. I tore them from my body thinking I was on fire. I was not, but it was so hot my skin was blustering. I noticed what looked to be a stone bed and crawled to get up on it. I was so thirsty. I was surrounded by the sounds of moaning, crying, and the occasional scream.
This was it. This was my home forever. This is how I ended. Intense, pain, and misery forever and ever. How could I have been so stupid. I knew the truth while on earth and choose to ignore it and live my life my way. Please… If you are reading this… Heed my warning read your bible. Search out the truth before it’s too late. Don’t blow this off as just a story, heed it as the warning it is. We do not know when our last day on earth may be. Don’t wait until it’s too late. Call on the name of Jesus and change your life. Make it a priority to take care of other people above yourself. Make it a priority to forgive rather than seek revenge. Don’t seek riches here on earth seek them in haven. Seek to be more like the disciples. Seek to be more like the Apostle Paul. Keep the commandments.
